Terms of Service

Effective date: April 18, 2026

These Terms of Service govern access to 8-K Radar.

1. Acceptance

By using the service, signing up for alerts, or viewing generated output, you

agree to these Terms. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm

that you are authorized to bind that organization.

8-K Radar provides a public feed of SEC 8-K filings with event labels,

plain-English summaries, source links, search, and optional ticker alerts.

The service is informational only and does not replace your own review of

primary SEC filings.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping

You may not use the service to break the law, violate third-party rights,

scrape or overload our systems, bypass rate limits, reverse engineer private

parts of the service, remove attribution, or present output as a guaranteed

result, rating, certification, or professional advice.

Paid plans are not billing-live in the current MVP. Pro and Team UI may record

plan interest before checkout is available. If paid checkout is enabled later,

taxes may apply and any refund policy will be shown at checkout.

You may cancel future paid access through the product or by contacting

contact@example.test once billing is live. Cancellation stops future charges

but does not delete prior generated output.

We retain rights in the service, software, templates, design, trademarks, and

product copy. You retain rights in data you submit. You grant us a limited

license to process submitted data as needed to provide the service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." We do not promise

uninterrupted access, complete accuracy, error-free output, regulatory

compliance for your use case, or that every SEC record will be available,

classified, summarized, or parsed correctly.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for claims related to

the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid for the service in

the three months before the claim or USD $100. We are not liable for indirect,

incidental, special, consequential, lost-profit, lost-data, trading-loss,

business-interruption, or reputational damages.
